One word of caution, the knife has a razor sharp edge and many new owners make the mistake of having their fingers across the handle when closing the knife will require at least 3 bandaids!
This knife is truly a classic and should be issued to every red-blooded American boy at birth.
There's no play in the blade and the wood and brass is simple yet handsome. The brass is soft like some reviews have said, but every nick and ding in mine would have broken a lesser knife. The blade is like silk and you can readily shave with it.

The Batman Dual Blade Knife is very wicked looking. As other reviewers have stated this blade does not have a spring assist. However, the blades do hold well in place once flicked out. The "bat" in the middle provides a nice, solid grip so you can wield the blade very well.
You would like the option of having two blades instead of one. The first blade that does flip out requires you push in the metal bar to the side so you can close the blade. The second blade seems to just snap into place before you push it back in. It felt a little loose, but the blades folded up perfectly. You will be glad to have something to protect yourself with and open boxes. Certainly a good looking knife if you're a collector or want something to bring with you just in case the Joker decides to send his goons after you.
The feel is solid with the good weight to the knife. The blades retract fine too. You will be impressed at how strong the blade metal is and how sharp the blades are. All in all a good knife delivered quickly and packaged in a cool little box. Not a bad buy at all.
It doesn't have assisted opening in the slightest. You have to push the thumb screws to get the blades out. When they are out they do stay in place with the locking mechanism.

The handle was through hardened but was machinable with the use of a hi-roc carbide drill. I inserted a PVC insert into the sheath to protect the sheath from the sharp knife. Everybody knows this is a cheap but durable knife and you will also agree.
This is a nice small emergency knife that you can keep anywhere. The handle is wrapped in actual parashoot cord. It probably is not made of the highest grade steel but it is good enough for emergencies. The blade comes sharp. It's definitely worth the money and it small enough to stash anywhere.
Very sharp, the fire rod works good, the weight is nice, and you will like the paracord handle. It was going to be a crappy cheapo knife, but surprisingly a well-constructed knife, the sheath could be better but it works. The best thing about this was the price.

The leather sheath is very high quality and looks great. However, the knife with its great materials has flaws which are representative of the price range for a knife like this. The metal and the wood don't fit flush, there are large gaps where the blade and the hilt were forged together, and the bonding/filler material for gaps (like tar) is not contained to the gaps but flows over.
The knife is as pictured, but the flaws don't represent custom construction, just not quite up to par with other knives that are typically 3x this price. There are also fairly deep machining marks on one side at the 'double blood grooves' which are about 1/8" apart and too deep to polish out.

When a knife this size feels hefty it seems like a good sign that the knife is strong. Ran it through the sharpener 3 times came out shaving sharp. There's no rattling or loose parts to this knife so it seems like it should last a long time. People considering buying this knife don't be turned away by some people saying the handles too small it fits your hand with plenty of space for bigger hands. The sheath is also helpful and well made. Well if you made it this far, it's definitely a bang for the buck!!!
This knife came with a real leather sheath (it's tight, but will relax with use). It is extremely comfortable and well balanced. If you have large hands for a woman, about typical man size, and this fits you well, with a little room to spare, so those with larger than average hands should be ok. It came very sharp and cleanly machined. There is a very slight gap at one point between the tang and the front bolster, but this is purely cosmetic. This knife is a good value, as the overall quality is appropriate for the price of the knife.

This is a fixed blade knife. Sizing at 13" in length. Made of very sharp stainless steel. The handle is rubber. Giving a perfect, comfortable fit in your hand. It includes a sheath. It is very well made. Heavy duty and durable. It is the perfect size and weight to carry around. It is great to have around for hunting , survival and more. It comes very sharp. Nice design. You literally could hold up a piece of paper, fold it in half and take the blade very slowly along the middle area and gently slide it across along the underside of the paper, it would cut the paper. It does come with a thing you put the blade in while you are not using it, which we highly recommend, especially if you have little ones around, they are very curious sometimes. This isn't your average little pocket knife or kitchen blade, This thing can chop up a small tree and still never need to be sharpened.

This knife is f-ing awesome. This thing is sturdy and HUGE. It works for everything from widdling to fish gutting to scaring off.
The sheath leaves a little (just a little) to be desired as it has this smooth to be cardboard on the inside to prevent the knife cutting through the nylon, which is good because this thing came pretty damn sharp.
We would recommend this knife to anyone who is looking for a good solid utility knife. For the price, you could beat the crap out of it and buy another, but you will end up being pleasantly surprised with your purchase.
