These lanterns were too good to be true, if you want a non-gas lighting for your upcoming camping trip and these came highly recommended. Surely these collapsible lanterns could produce enough amount of light for your living room. These are little powerhouse lanterns! They are super bright and easily illuminated the entirety of a pitch black bedroom. The fact that you get two lanterns for this price feels like a steal. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. They're not bulky or as tall as a standard gas lantern. I've included a photo next to a roll of paper towels for scale.

And the durability yet, of course, but the lamps appear to be well-made, and they put out a ton of light for their size! You can have less light if you want by simply not raising the light to its full height. You can also put one of these with your car emergency kits because the lamps have some advantages over the flashlights you already have. You could set this beside you while you change a tire in the dark, for instance, carry it back and forth to the trunk, etc., and have all the light you need.

Absolute must have, very cheap to buy two off. Small in size but excellent in light. Takes only 3 AA batteries a piece and lights up enough to read or work by. Lightweight and awesome design. 

This 2 pack LED lantern set is definitely worth the money. They're portable which makes them very handy to have in all types of situations. You can use them a lot for night fishing. Since they collapse on themselves, they fit just fine in your soft side tackle box.

Each lantern has metal handle attached to the top section. The handles are perfect to use as a hanger, but they also fold down on the sides so they're not in the way if you don't need to hang the lantern up.

There's a total of 30 LED bulbs in each lantern, and they are considered "low-powered" bulbs, making them long lasting. Even though they are low-powered, they are still extremely bright and give off more than enough light. If you are using them when it's not completely dark, they will go to a power-save mode when you don't need as much light source.

As for the collapsing feature, it's very easy to do, just grab the handle hooks and pull. The LED lights pull up from the base and when you pull up, the light automatically comes on! So, if you are ever in a situation where you are in complete darkness, there's no looking and feeling for the on switch. Just pull up and there's light! Super simple and very handy! These will come in handy for the stormy nights when the electric goes off.

A very nice set of lanterns for a great price. The batteries are also included, but It is recommend using rechargeable batteries if you have them. The light they put out is very white and bright, plus you get a complete 360 degree light source.
